Bush babies

We took the kids back to Narajabup enviroment centre yesterday.Did a couple of the bushwalks and had a look in the butterfly house(not great,afew monarchs tho).The playground there was a hit with the kiddies,ruby was very brave going down the enormous slide all by herself.She is into butterflies at the moment so,we brought her a laminated pitchure of australian butterflies for her bedroom wall.
Billy,being just 2-months-old,blissfully slept through the vist.

Why a baby should NOT be left alone with his sister for 2 mins!

Vege patch

We spent the weekend creating a vegetable patch in the backyard.We planted beans,tomatoes and carrots.Yum!.Now,to watch it(hopefully)grow...or watch it get eaten by caterpillars,whatever comes first!.

Well,it's abit like christmas around here at the moment...We have a new trampoline,and a brand new stroller aswell as a beautiful fairy outfit,mummys friend sells them...and I haven't taken it off hardly at all!.And so,the last couple of days we have been testing our new toys.What fun!.

Father's Day 2008...A trip to the Zoo

We went to perth zoo today,dad's admission was free as it was father's day..cool.So began a lovely day...the kids were much more aware of it all this vist and first stop had to be the african "savannah" because like alot of kids(and adults..)the elephants and giraffes are always a hit.I thought!,actually it was the giant tortoises and the monkeys that were a hit with jas and roobs!.I was really impressed with the orangatans,how amazing are they!??.
We had a picnic and icecream in the park and it was lovely to see all the other family's like us,just enjoying their kids and precious time together aswell as enjoying the glorious spring sunshine.Life moves along at such speed that it is good just to catch a moment of it and cherish it.

Oh and happy father's day to my gorgeous partner in this chaotic life,Davie!.

4and-a-half-weeks...my eyes are beginning to focus.

Mummy went and got me weighed today and i am now 3.89kgs(8 pound..something??),I am a wee boy but am tall...mummy thinks I am absolutely GORGEOUS,and can't get enough of me!.I reserve my very special,most handsome smiles for her!.
I am very easy-going,do not mind being handed around for cuddles and believe me I get alot of those!.

spring weather arrives...

It was a nice warm day today so,mum filled up the paddling pool for us and that was heaps of fun,then it was time for lunch...chicken nuggets,my favorite!.
Before my sleep I did some more drawing,I like giving it to mum to stick on the fridge.

Friends

We saw lots of our friends today,and boy,what a busy day.We had our usual tuesday morning get together at jennilee's house...jack has some really cool toys,especially his scooter!.Mum say's that one day very soon we will pop by the toy library and borrow some toys.
When we got home aunty Rose arrived with Ethan and kyla and then Karleen,Patience,joanne and Staci arrived.It is ethans birthday today and he got given a skateboard!it was cool!,I liked riding it and mum said I looked like a real natural on it.Roo liked playing with Staci,he has just arrived from NZ with his family,he is only a little boy.Our biggest cousin kyla spent the whole time cuddling baby billy and she even read him a story,mum thought it was very sweet.Jasper.
